It is never too early! The earlier you reserve cloths, the better the chance that they’ll be available.
A square cloth can fit a round or rectangle table.
A rectangular cloth can only work on a rectangular table.
A round cloth will fit a round table perfectly and can work on a rectangle table.
There is no official charge for the gemach, but we ask for a donation. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
There are several cloths that do have a set fee which includes cleaning.
Eyelet is $25 a cloth
Sequin peacock is $15 a cloth
There is a set charge for taking 3 full sets or more:
3 sets- $150
4 sets-$200
5 sets $250
WhatsApp or text with your event date and cloth choices. I will let you know if they’re available within 48 hours.
I will let you know when the cloths are ready for pickup, and the pickup address. It is usually a couple of days before your event.
The cloths must be returned within a week of your event.
The Gemach is located in North Miami Beach Florida.
You are responsible for washing them. They are all easy care and can go in the washing machine and dryer.
- Cloths must be laundered within 48 hours after the event to prevent mold and stains from setting in.
-Promptly remove cloths from dryer, and fold to limit creasing.
-It is extremely important to make sure cloths are completely dry before they are folded.
There will be a $15 fee for any cloth that needs to be re-laundered due to excessive creasing or stains. There is a $40-100 fee (depending on the cloth) for cloths that are ruined and no longer useable after you have borrowed.
Alternatively, you can bring cloths to a laundromat to have them washed and dried.
I recommend Beach Maytag laundry next to Walmart in North Miami Beach.
-Once cloths are completely dry, they should be neatly folded and placed in white or clear bags. NO BLACK GARBAGE BAGS.
-No more than 5 cloths should be placed in a bag UNLESS they are coming from a laundromat. In that case you can return them way the laundromat gives to you assuming the bag isn’t extremely heavy!
-If you are returning more than one set of cloths, please make sure not to put assorted sets in one bag. Only cloths from the same set should be placed together.
-DO NOT TIE OR KNOT BAGS
They can be left in the DROP OFF bin at 1311 NE 174th St.
Please make sure the cloths are placed INSIDE a bin upon return. If the DROP OFF bin is full you can leave in any bin at this address. DON’T LEAVE ANY BAGS OUTSIDE THE BINS.
-Once you receive a text that your cloths are ready for pick up, you can come at any time to pick them up.
-You can return at any time in the DROP OFF bin. Please message me once they’ve been returned.
